Lead Generation Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Generation Lead who will concentrate on sourcing sales leads through events, social media, phone calls, email, referrals, and more. You will also strategize and maintain the lead generation database. You must be able to excel under pressure, and collaborate with a team to create new avenues and campaigns for generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze lead gen campaigns to determine how they can be improved, and dive deeper into knowing our audience, services, etc.
  • Create plans and ideation with the lead gen team
  • Ensure established processes are being followed
  • Create reports that show both the big picture and the granular level of the process
  • Become a lead machine to set an example for the rest of the team
