Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our team. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, and selecting qualified candidates to contribute to project success.

We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services across client service, call centers, operations, technology, and other areas. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates, evaluating their suitability for specific roles.
  • Candidate Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates who align with project requirements and team dynamics.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role in the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to support business objectives.
  • Able to support a Work from Home setup
  • Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
  • Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
