Outbound Caller



We are looking for an Outbound Caller who is excited to work from home (100% remote) and help our recruitment team in search of quality candidates that are the best fit for our company. This is a project-based position.


As an outbound caller, you must be great and confident on the phone in order to answer concerns, gather information, and be able to clarify any questions. For this, you must be able to work under pressure and handle stress.


To be successful in this role, you should have experience in doing outbound calls of at least hundred fifty calls per day and can help us contact target audiences effectively. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to achieve target conversion rates on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage at least a hundred outbound calls daily in a professional manner, successfully reaching interested and suitable candidates for the job
  • Identify candidate’s needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
  • Gather information from interested technicians, and submit to assigned recruiters.
  • Record outbound call history and update candidate information and status on the database.
