Customer Service Agent
We’re looking for a customer service representative who is excited to work from home (100% remote), who will receive inbound and outbound calls, solve inquiries.
As CSR you must be great and confident on the phone in order to answer concerns, gather info, and be able to clarify any questions. For this, you must be able to work under pressure, handle stress and follow directions, being able to always reach the numbers.
As CSR you will:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage several amount of inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Identify people’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
- Gather and recollect information from the interested people in order to follow the flow of our process.
- Fluent in English
- Available 40 hours per week starting immediately
- Experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
