Job Summary:
The Engagement Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the seamless implementation of various engagement activities and programs within Human Resources, both virtually and in person. Their main focus is on fostering employee engagement and managing administrative operations. The Engagement Specialist will support the daily operations of HR department, which includes but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs, activities, and events that align with the company’s values and goals.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of engagement programs through surveys, feedback, and metrics analysis.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in employee engagement training and development
- Prepare, plan, and execute engagement activities and training initiatives by conducting surveys, facilitating focus groups, and maintaining open communication with employees.
- Responsible for the employee onboarding process
- Champions the vision and mission of the company, exhibiting its culture and values.
- General HR administrative tasks.
- Create reports as necessary for the team
- Accomplishing related duties as required.

Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience working in HR as an Engagement Specialist or Training Specialist (or any similar related field)
- Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Possesses strong and effective presentation skills
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Having experience in hosting or public speaking is an advantage
