Marketing Monetization Specialist

We are looking to hire an experienced Monetization Manager to join our team. We have three website verticals, three newsletters, a social media presence, a non-fiction book published on Amazon, and a handful of marketing initiatives in play. The ideal candidate will have a documented track record of success in growing reach and generating revenue, and will help make sure our verticals, newsletters, presence, book and marketing initiatives receive the attention they deserve. 

This is not an entry-level position. You will be expected to turn your experience and creative ideas into smart, winning plans and–ultimately–deliver results.

Responsibilities will include:

• Creatively monetizing marketing assets, which include three websites, three newsletters and a book published on Amazon
• Crafting and implementing plan for growing traffic for three websites
• Crafting and implementing plan for expanding newsletter mailing lists
• Crafting and implementing plan for extending social media reach and interaction
• Devising plan to increase book sales
• Creating an affiliate marketing program
• Collaborating with a result-driven team

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
• Strong English language reading and writing skills
• Must have a documented track record of success
• Must have experience with affiliate marketing
• Can start as soon as possible and work from home ready
