As a Data Entry Agent, you'll be an essential part of our Data Enrichment team, contributing directly to the high-quality data we provide our clients. Your meticulous work and input will be crucial to our quality control process, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

What You'll Do:

Execute data enrichment tasks with precision and efficiency, following client-defined protocols and training.
Primarily focus on application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, which includes proactive follow-up with various state boards for status updates.
Deliver timely and high-quality execution of all assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
Demonstrated technology proficiency, including comfort with various software applications, online databases, and efficient use of digital tools for data management.
Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales/customer service is a plus.
Adaptable and flexible, with a proven ability to thrive amidst process and information changes.
Capable of working both independently and as an active member of a team.
Possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection and a suitable computer.
