You will be reporting directly to the CEO in helping with the strategic vision of the company — from day-to-day duties to corporate strategy, planning and fundraising. This is a pivotal role that requires adaptability, empathy, collaboration, strategic thinking, and a commitment to measurable results ensuring efficient operations at the executive leadership level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help CEO prioritize and 3x time
- Join the CEO for strategic meetings
- Board management
- Assist in the fundraising process
- Lead investor & advisor relations
- Build and manage CEO/company CRM
- Corporate strategy planning and monitoring
- Effective communications monitoring and response
- Calendar and agenda management
- Assist in People Operations and hiring
- Aid the CEO in strategic communications and follow-ups
- All other things that go into growing a company exponentially
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of relevant experience (C-level support, deputy chief of staff, executive administrator, Chief of staff to CEO or c-level exec, Senior director, project management, investor relations, executive assistant or similar in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Outstanding communications skills in both written and spoken English
- Incredibly organized and able to deal with details and strategy
Preferred qualification but not required:
- Advanced degree — law, business, or relevant advanced degree or Phd (recent grad OK)
- Investing, consulting, banking, big tech and/or private equity experience
