Chief of Staff to Executive (Remote)

You will be reporting directly to the CEO in helping with the strategic vision of the company — from day to day duties to corporate strategy, planning and fundraising. This is a pivotal role that requires adaptability, empathy, collaboration, strategic thinking, and a commitment to measurable results ensuring efficient operations at the executive leadership level. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help CEO prioritize and 3x time
  • Join the CEO for strategic meetings
  • Board management
  • Assist in the fundraising process
  • Lead investor & advisor relations
  • Build and manage CEO/company CRM
  • Corporate strategy planning and monitoring
  • Effective communications monitoring and response
  • Calendar and agenda management
  • Assist in People Operations and hiring
  • Aid the CEO in strategic communications and follow-ups
  • All other things that go into growing a company exponentially

 
What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience (C-level support, deputy chief of staff, executive administrator, Chief of staff to CEO or c-level exec, Senior director, project management, executive assistant or similar in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Outstanding communications skills in both written and spoken English
  • Incredibly organized and able to deal with details and strategy

 
Preferred qualification but not required:

  • Advanced degree — law, business, or relevant advanced degree or Phd (recent grad OK)
  • Investing, consulting, banking, big tech and/or private equity experience
