We are seeking a BPO Team Leader that ensures all licensing and credentialing tasks for our customers are done quickly and correctly. This person is in charge of training team members, setting goals, and tracking the team’s progress. To succeed as a team leader, you need to be able to monitor how the team is performing, report on progress, and keep everyone motivated. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular performance-related feedback.
  • Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of operations.
  • Train staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of service policies, and explain these to agents.
  • Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Accomplishing related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of BPO Team Leader experience
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • With excellent leadership skills
  • Able to support a Work from Home setup
  • Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
  • Internet speed no lower than 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
