The NetSuite Project Coordinator plays a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of NetSuite within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities and project management principles to effectively coordinate and support various NetSuite-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of NetSuite projects, including implementation, upgrades, customizations, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and document key decisions.

NetSuite Administration Support:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of the NetSuite system, including user provisioning, data entry, and system maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues and system errors.
  • Provide ongoing support to users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.

User Training & Support:

  • Develop and deliver user training materials and conduct training sessions on various NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, Order Management, CRM).
  • Create and maintain user documentation and support guides.
  • Provide ongoing support to users through various channels (e.g., email, phone, in-person).

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Assist in data migration and integration projects.
  • Generate reports and dashboards within NetSuite to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor system performance.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement within the NetSuite system.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and document business processes related to NetSuite.
  • Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the implementation of process changes within NetSuite.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay current on the latest NetSuite updates, features, and best practices.
  • Attend relevant training and certifications to enhance NetSuite expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience as a NetSuite Project Coordinator or relevant role.
  • NetSuite Expertise: Strong understanding of NetSuite Financials, Order Management, CRM, and Inventory.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SuiteFlow, scripting, and integrations (preferred).
  • Project Management: Proven skills in planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with ProjectSpec and Cap Worksheets is ideal but not a strict requirement.
  • Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Technical Setup: Own a PC/laptop and have a stable internet connection (min. 20 Mbps).
