We're seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Administrative Support Specialist. In this hybrid role, you'll wear two hats – providing essential administrative support to our team while also contributing to our sales efforts by identifying and cultivating new business leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in sales and provides upward mobility to move into a Sales role if interested.

Job Description:

Sales Support:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.

Senior Administrative Support:

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails.
  • Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets, organize files and handle correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor's degree
