  • Travel frequently across assigned regions to complete testing on scheduled pilot sites.
  • Communicate with site managers, building engineers, and real estate contacts to ensure successful site entry and test execution.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in RF field testing or telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with PIM and line sweep testing procedures and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret test plans, RF schematics, and site documentation.
  • Experience with LTE or 5G installations and DAS environments.
  • Ability to follow strict access instructions including keycode entry, lockbox procedures, and working with real estate contacts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting AT&T, Ericsson or Nokia wireless infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with AT&T’s AOTS-M or Traccess site documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of Ericsson/Nokia equipment and cell site components.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of testing equipment.
  • Capable of working at heights, on rooftops, and in enclosed spaces.
  • Willing to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
  • Comfortable navigating complex building access and elevator systems.
