Sales Development Representative

Full Time

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our outbound calling efforts and lead follow-ups. This role will primarily focus on initiating contact with potential clients through cold calls, nurturing leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team. With minimal inbound leads, the SDR will leverage extensive lists provided by the client to drive high-volume outbound calling activities. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is essential as the SDR will be responsible for accurately recording lead interactions and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads swiftly and transition them into actionable sales prospects.
  • Utilize email and telephone communication to promote our company and its solutions effectively.
  • Implement rigorous follow-up procedures for contacts acquired through web registrations, promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions and updates within Salesforce CRM, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects and provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or business development roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive demeanor.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed set goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate records.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Own PC/Laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
  • Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
